Local Case Studies and Impacts

  • Dirty’s Golf Shop — Automated League Dashboard

    • Challenge: The owner was spending hours each week manually updating league standings, stats, and recognition boards.

    • Action: JD Logics built an automated dashboard fit for their current newsletter system to keep players informed and celebrated.

    • Result: Reporting time dropped from hours to minutes, and players received clear, consistent updates that boosted engagement.

  • Boys & Girls Club — Teen HUB Kickoff

    • Challenge: The Teen HUB needed an annual reopening plan that highlighted its “zones” and created excitement among youth and parents.

    • Action: JD Logics developed kickoff event logistics, designed creative worksheets for the various zones, and organized sign-up sheets to track participation.

    • Result: The launch ran smoothly, teens engaged actively with the new zones, and the Club had simple systems in place for ongoing programming.

  • Army Suicide Prevention — SOP Development & Community Engagement

    • Challenge: Military leadership needed consistent, scalable systems for suicide prevention across multiple bases. Training was fragmented, with limited engagement, making it difficult to recruit support, retain momentum, and extend care beyond service release.

    • Action: JD Logics is developing SOPs and structured engagement playbooks to strengthen prevention efforts. The design emphasizes community engagement, builds support from recruitment through service, and ensures continuity of support for members after release.

    • Early Outcomes: Draft SOPs have given leaders a clear structure, and pilot sessions are underway. Leaders now have a framework that not only standardizes training but also reinforces recruitment, retention, and extended community care.
